Anyone reading The Ralls County Herald Enterprise this week (5/15/07) will be interested in reading the letter to the editor from Stephen Ardrey. He more or less accuses the mayor & aldermen of Center of not paying sewer taxes and other corruption. It's bullshit I'm sure, but one never knows. He says this has been going on for years, so in that case his grandfather must have been doing the same type thing when he was mayor of Center! Touche?

I couldn't agree with either one of your comments more!!!!! Why is Mr. Ardrey suddenly so concerned with the city of Center? His father obviously has no respect for the town or its citizens. He does everything he can to show that. How many more times is his that dog of his going to bite someone before it gets shot?
Corruption? This sitting council? Please, lets go back a few years and take a look at what the former mayor did (or did not do). Speaking of the old mayor, I think he must of taken possession of my father's body at the last city council meeting. He acted just like Clyde!!!! And that's not funny.
